Immediately following today’s Bank of America 500, the NASCAR Xfinity Seres will take over the 1.5 mile surface of Charlotte Motor Speedway for the running of the Drive for the Cure 300. The Xfnity Series was originally scheduled to run Friday night but rain as a result of Hurricane Matthew delayed all on-track activities on Friday and Saturday. Therefore once the checkered flag waves for the Bank of America 500, Xfinity Series teams and even a few Sprint Cup Series drivers will have a mere 45 minutes before the green flag waves for the Xfinity Series.
