2018 STP 500 Race Picks

For the 2nd day in a row, Mother Nature has disrupted racing action at Martinsville Speedway. On Saturday, the Alpha Energy Solutions 250 was curtailed due to rain after running just 23 laps. The Truck Series race was originally postponed with expectations to follow the Cup Series’ STP 500 this afternoon in a rare double header. Instead, a new form of precipitation fell upon Martinsville Speedway to disrupt the scheduled events. For the first time since 1993, NASCAR had to postpone the Cup Series’ race on the account of snow. As a result, we will now have a Monday double header starting with the Alpha Energy Solutions 250 at 11:00am (EST) followed at 2:00pm (EST) with the STP 500.
